Last February 06, 2021, the MinTVET members convened for its Annual General Membership Meeting (virtual) via zoom for the purpose of electing new members of the Board to fill in vacancies left by members whose terms of office have expired, as well as adopt and approve the Annual reports of the President and the Treasurer . The new Board likewise meets during the General Meeting to elect the new set of Board officers for Year 2021. The nomination and elections committee for this year was chaired by Ms. Ma. Carmen M. Echavez, appointed Chairperson of the Committee.
Nominated and elected for Region IX (Zamboanga Peninsula) is Mr. Florentino Diana of Dipolog City Institute of Technology while Mr. Roy dela Cruz was nominated and elected for Region XII. Mr. John Thomas C. Franco was nominated and elected as Trustee at-large (not representing any Region). The other seat for Trustee at-large remained vacant as no other nominations were received.
